[CAPP] Cancel October meeting

Hello: we are canceling the October CAPP meeting so we can use the time to work on our next Poverty project for Douglas County. Our next meeting is scheduled for November 12th 1-2:00. We will use that meeting to share what we've learned about bringing Phil DeVol to Douglas County and plan for next steps. We will plan to meet at United Way unless you hear otherwise. Thank you all for your patience during this transitional time.
