<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; LINE-HEIGHT: normal"><FONT face=Calibri><FONT size=3><B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">Rotary Duck Race 2010 Update:<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN></SPAN></B><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">Greg Henderson reported that the Rotary Duck Race ticket sales have started.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Those interested in selling tickets (either individual or corporate) may contact Greg at Oregon Pacific Bank - 541.440.7603.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The Rotary Clubs' goal for 2010 is to raise $100,000.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>In the past the funds raised have been distributed to 5 non-profit organizations whose work prevents child abuse. <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>This year the Rotary Clubs have decided to fund 6 organizations who serve children from birth to five years.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The names of the organizations will soon be released.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN><o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></FONT></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; LINE-HEIGHT: normal"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt"><FONT face=Calibri><FONT size=3>A large turnout is expected on the day of the race which is August 28<SUP>th</SUP> at River Forks Park.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Kathy Carter is organizing the Rotary Club events for that day.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>For the first year, the YMCA will hold their Kids Day at River Forks Park to coincide with the Duck Race.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The YMCA is providing free hamburgers and hot dogs for the event.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>An anticipated 1,000 people will participate.<o:p></o:p></FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>
