July 1, 2010, individuals that perform locksmith work in Oregon—unless
exempt—must be certified with the Construction Contractors Board (CCB).
In addition to the individual certification, businesses offering locksmith
services must have a CCB license.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p>The CCB has completed the utility that allows a CCB licensee to attach the
record of their Oregon Certified Locksmith (OCLS). This record will show on the
business detail page of the CCB web search.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p>If you own a CCB licensed construction contracting business, you
will be able to add the OCLS information to the license through your “<em>CCB
myLicense</em>” account. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p>CCB licensees can register for a <em>“CCB myLicense”</em>
