Happy Thursday!!

I missed seeing you at OAGITM recently.  I hope you are doing great and your summer was wonderful.

I will be in Puerto Vallarta Mexico starting Saturday through next week celebrating mine and Pam's 28th wedding anniversary 10.11 (33 years together now).  I would like very much to know about the shadow IT discussion.  The other topics too have also sparked my interest.

I am working on a vendor questionnaire here for Curry.  I pulled in some info from Douglas County to help me craft a policy for Curry.  I am attaching and if you have time can you take a peek and advise if I am missing anything?  If the State or other counties have a vendor policy, I would sure like it to be shared with me.  Our Sheriff had a vendor get compromised and the attacker flooded CCSO staff with emails full of malware.  I am trying to prevent this from happening again.  I will also include the remediation steps I have asked the compromised vendor to complete before we will reopen them to electronic commination.
