<i>Foreign Malign Influence Threats Collection Support Primer (CSP)</i></b>. The <b>
<i>Foreign Malign Influence Threats</i></b> CSP is available via <a href="https://hsin.dhs.gov/collab/Intel/Pages/default.aspx">
HSIN-Intel</a>. The CSPs are designed to assist state and local partners in quickly identifying topics where they have unique access, and to then share related information for consumption in the intelligence cycle for analysis.

<b><i>Foreign Malign Influence Threats</i></b> CPS to assist DHS Intelligence Enterprise elements and federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) partners to identify threats intended to manipulate public opinion, exploit current and emerging events,</span>
<span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">influence federal and SLTT officials and policy, threaten democratic processes, and apply artificial pressures to shape federal or SLTT policy.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
