[Cnaprogram] New Hours for the OSBN

Hello everyone:  Based on operational resources and customer service considerations, effective January 1, 2011, the OSBN will change the hours of operation from 8am to 4:30pm to new hours of operation of 7:30am to 4pm.  Please remember our new hours when planning your visits to the OSBN office or calling for assistance.
