[Cnaprogram] From Debra Buck: OSBN approved curriculum for CNA2 training programs

Hello-
On June 17, 2010, the Board approved the revisions to the CNA 2 curriculums.  Please see attached documents.  All currently approved CNA 2 Training Programs will need to submit a revised CNA 2 curriculum to the Board office for approval. 
If we receive your revision prior to August 1, 2010, there will not be a revision fee. However, if the revision is received after August 1, 2010, there will be a $75 revision fee for the approval process.
All CNA 2 classes started after July 1, 2010, will need to be taught according to these new curriculums.  
I will be out of the office from June 28- July 14, 2010. The first week, I will be in Chicago at an assistive personnel workshop and then I will be on vacation. Penny will be available while I am gone at 971-673-0640 or Penny.Patterson2 at state.or.us .
