[Cnaprogram] OHA Clinical Placement Rule and Hearing Officer Report

Hello-

In 2011, the Oregon legislature passed Senate Bill 879, which required the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to "convene a work group to develop standards for administrative requirements for student placement in clinical training settings in Oregon".  Attached are the rules recently filed with the Secretary of State's office to fulfill the intent of Senate Bill 879.  These rules become effective July 1, 2014.  Please refer to the attached documents for further information.  Debbie
