[Cnaprogram] Headmaster Instructor Workshop - May 18, 2015

The Board staff and D&S Diversified Technologies LLP dba Headmaster LLP are happy to announce that there will be an opportunity for Board approved nursing assistant level one instructors to participate in a workshop on the state certification exam.  This will be the perfect opportunity to get your questions answered related to the state certification exam.   After an informational session, the instructors will get a hands-on experience with the testing process.

The next session will take place on Monday, May 18, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital in Lebanon, Oregon.  (Please see attached map).  The workshop will take place in rooms B & C, at the back of the hospital.  Please park either to the right of the hospital or in the back.  There are automatic doors at the back of the hospital.
