[Cnaprogram] Training Program Data Entry into TMU

Hello-

We are noticing an increase in the number of corrections made in Testmaster Universe (TMU) after the initial data entry.  Those corrections are not automatically updated on the OSBN side. Thus you will need to send an email to me or desi.thonis at state.or.us<mailto:desi.thonis at state.or.us> detailing the corrections made.  Please make a copy of the email to OSBN and include it with the student's application for the state certification exam. This alerts the licensing staff and will help expedite processing of the candidate's application.

Pay particular attention to the city that auto populates once you enter the zip code. When the zip code is used for more than one city, you may have to select another option from the drop down so that the city matches what the student will be submitting on their application to OSBN.
