Hello-

Let's Get Real: Being Person-Centered in a Task Oriented World is an online course for caregivers, certified nursing assistants, and others who support older adults. This online course was developed by Making Oregon Vital for Elders (MOVE), Oregon's connection to the Pioneer Network, with funding provided by a grant from the Oregon Quality Care Fund. The two modules found at http://www.orculturechange.org/resources/online-training-overview/ are free and take about an hour to complete. A certificate of completion is provided at the end of the training.

This is a great resource for nursing assistant training programs. Utilizing this resource will help standardize the message delivered related to the curriculum content on person-centered care.
