[Cnaprogram] REMINDER: OSBN will only accept online CNA exam applications starting January 1, 2019

Good morning,

This is a reminder that the OSBN will no longer accept paper applications for CNA examinations as of January 1, 2019. Any CNA exam applications on or after January 1 must be submitted online via https://osbn.oregon.gov/OBNPortal/DesktopDefault.aspx?tabindex=0&tabid=5&utyp=3 .

As of today, training program faculty do not need to submit a copy of the student's training program certificate of completion to the Board.  Just enter the student's training program completion date in TMU, and our licensing tech will verify the completion when processing the application.  Please continue to give the student their certificate of completion, and make a copy for the student's record.

Help us get the word out to faculty members and applicants by sharing this message with those in your training program.
