Hello,
Please check out these tools available on the Board's website:
There is a new interactive presentation available on the Board's website at https://osbn.oregon.gov/Articulate/the-oregon-cna-exam-application-process/content/index.html#/?_k=j12g58 to help applicants with the Oregon CNA Exam Application Process. It takes five to ten minutes to go through all of the sections.
Another useful tool available on the Board's website is the Application Status Wizard found at https://osbn.oregon.gov/OSBNAppStatus/Search.aspx. An applicant can track the status of their application by entering the last four digits of their social security number and date of birth.
I am sure that you will find these tools helpful.
