[Cnaprogram] New OSBN Email Box for CNA Training Certificates

Our licensing department has a new email box for receiving CNA training certificates. The mailbox is: OSBN.CNACertificates at state.or.us<mailto:OSBN.CNACertificates at state.or.us>.

Please let us know if you have any problems sending certificates to that address.
