[Cnaprogram] New Candidate Handbooks posted for CNA and CMA Testing after July 1, 2018

Note there is the current handbook and a new handbook for testing after July 1, 2018.

Everyone testing after July 1, 2018 will be tested according to the new handbook.   Training program faculty should use the handbook that corresponds with the date their students will be testing.
