[Cnaprogram] Online CNA Test Applications

Hello,

We will be discontinuing the paper applications for CNA Testing at the end of this year.

In order to make this a smoother process for everyone, remember that the Board is unable to temporarily hold money while waiting for a completed application.  We cannot apply a payment to a document that we don't have yet.  Thus, have your students print out or make a screenshot of the final submission page from the online application and submit a copy with the payment.  It is very helpful for the licensing staff and fiscal technician to have this page with the payment, whether the payment comes from the test candidate or from the training program.  The final submission page looks like:
