[Cnaprogram] Online CNA exam application and paying CNA examination retake fees

Hello,

It is January 2019, and the paper application for CNA testing is no longer available.

The online exam application is available at https://osbn.oregon.gov/OBNPortal/DesktopDefault.aspx?tabindex=0&tabid=5&utyp=3 .

Please note the online application needs to be completed only once for the first CNA exam attempt.  For retakes, instruct exam candidates to contact the Board office at 971-673-0685 to pay the retake fees.
