The Making Oregon Vital for Elders (MOVE) person-centered care module Let's Get Real Being Person-Centered Care in a Task Oriented World is now available on the Oregon Care Partners' (OCP) website:

You will have to create an account on their Relias platform first, but it is free to anyone in Oregon.  It still links to the 5 activity packets on the MOVE website. OCP is managing all the CEUs and will be issuing the certificates of completion.   Please see
