<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#44546A">Second, the email address for certificates has been updated. Training program faculty are asked to email the copies of the training program certificates of completion for every cohort to

applications. We are happy to report that applicants who are utilizing the online application for the CNA or CMA exam are experiencing less time between application submission and receiving approval to test. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
