I am hoping that everyone can help with my research.  I am looking for state-wide or multi-state wide virtual reference collaborations that have closed (collapsed) in the United States and Canada.  I know that there have been posts to this listserv in the past with collapsed vr collaborations.
Please email me what you can remember.
