Hi Paul, Sandy and all,

Thanks so much for the spreadsheet!   It is interesting to see.

I’d like to clarify that Delaware continues to have a collaborative virtual reference program (Ask a Librarian Delaware) that consists of email, SMS texts and is also integrated through social media (we’ve started with Facebook messenger).  We dropped chat in June but strongly continue with the other aspects of the VR service.  (I’m not sure if your research is limited to chat.)
