[collaborative-vr] Research: looking for state-wide or multi-state wide vr collaborations that have closed

Hi Kris and Joe,

Kris, thank you for clarifying the details on AskColorado.  I will update
the spreadsheet and resend out.

Joe, it is more than helpful and appreciative to get the history behind
virtual reference services.  This info helps those of us who continue to
learn about the big picture behind statewide/provincial and regional VR
services.  And you are correct when counting the statewide coordinator and
the interims :).
For clarification, OCLC' 24/7 Cooperative and QuestionPoint were two
separate services, and then merged into one? Did the MCLS 24/7 Reference
Service merge with the 24/7 Cooperative?  Or was that the predecessor to
the 24/7 Cooperative?
