[collaborative-vr] Where to distribute RFP

Hello, all!

We will soon be issuing an RFP for software and staffing for Pennsylvania's
statewide chat service.  We plan to send the RFP directly to known software
and staffing providers.  Does anyone know of any email lists that would be
monitored by chat vendors or have any other suggestions for distributing
the RFP?
