Hi everyone,

We’ve got a date for our next meeting that will work for everyone who responded to the poll.

Our next meeting will take place on Friday, January 26th at 11am-12pm (Pacific Time).

I’ll send out more details about joining the meeting in the new year. And if you have any agenda items, please send them my way!

The following two agenda items have been brought forward:
Has anyone done a large-scale (e.g. statewide) marketing/promotion campaign to patrons? How did they go about doing that? Did they do it themselves or hire out? What tools/resources did they use (TV, radio, social media)?
How do others handle circulation/account questions? Does anyone try to limit their service to only “real reference” questions? If so, how? Or, is it a matter of training librarians to feel comfortable with these questions?
