[collaborative-vr] VR Collaborative meeting - March 5 2018 2pm coordinates

Hi folks,

Let’s meet at https://askon.adobeconnect.com/_a820767830/askon4 at 2pm EST for our March 5 meeting.

I’m hoping we can all test our mics and speakers a few mins in advance. Let’s aim to be hooked up to audio in adobe connect and as a backup, we can use our teleconference line in parallel instead of adobe audio. We can make that call after we all arrive in the meeting room and I can post the number in chat.

  *   Welcome
  *   Tamara - I’m wondering if anyone has done a large-scale (ex: statewide) marketing/promotion campaign to patrons, and if so, how they went about doing that. Did they do it themselves or hire out? What tools/resources did they use (TV, radio, social media)?
  *   Tamara - Does anyone have advice on recruiting and retaining partner libraries?
  *   Paul - Discussion:  What are the roles and responsibilities of your main partner library contacts (We call them "Liaisons" at AskUsNow!.) and chat librarians at your virtual reference service?
  *   Round table updates
  *   Next meeting – Nono volunteers to host, but sends regrets for this meeting
