Hello all,

For our upcoming meeting on Friday, January 26th 11am - 12pm (Pacific Time), we’ll be meeting via Blackboard Collaborate.

This software works best in Chrome. Other browsers will work, but you may be required to download a software launcher.

If you’re new to Bb Collaborate, there’s more information on their website <https://help.blackboard.com/Collaborate/Ultra/Participant>. If you have any questions about the software, let me know.

There is the option to phone in to the session, but as the number has a Virginia area code, long distance charges may apply. I did inquire to see if it was possible to phone in to a toll-free number, but unfortunately, the option was not available. Follow these steps to phone in:
Once you’ve joined the session, click the pink arrows in the bottom right corner to pop out the side panel
Click Settings (gear icon)
Click Use your phone for audio
This will show you the phone number and a generated pin code
