[collaborative-vr] Novanet Live Help coordinator interested in joining

Hi everyone,

I’m not sure how this works, but I was contacted by Erin MacPherson, from the Novanet Live Help consortium about collaborative chat reference policies.

She is interested in joining the Collaborative VR group / list. What is the process for joining?

Novanet is a consortium of 11 university and college libraries in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick:  http://www.novanet.ca/about/mission-core-activities/live-help/ <http://www.novanet.ca/about/mission-core-activities/live-help/> Erin is a librarian at Dalhousie University (where she is the local coordinator for Live Help) and is also the incoming Chair of the local coordinators group for Novanet.
