[collaborative-vr] Virtual Reference committee work? ALA/ACRL/RUSA/LITA etc?

Hi Everybody,

I've just seen some emails going by about volunteering for different ALA/ACRL committees and I'm wondering if anyone in this group has been a part of any ALA/ACRL/RUSA/LITA chapters or committees that specifically deal with virtual reference services?  And if you'd have any recommendations for me?

I haven't served on any ALA committees in the past so any information on what exactly that entails would be great, too.
