[collaborative-vr] July 2019 Meeting Needed, or Wait until 8/9/19?

Hi Carla,

If others had more availability in August instead of July, then I'm more
for waiting until August.

An alternative for July:  we may want to consider using the listserv as a
way to give updates about what we have planned for the new fiscal year.
