ACTION ITEMS

  *   Carla will finalize logo (by Oct 15)
  *   Guinsly will draft website (by Oct 15)
  *   Sandy will send out Save the Date (once has logo)
  *   Missy and Sara will:
     *   Finalize Call for Proposals email
     *   Finalize Call for Proposals form (2019 form here<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1NYka9v5EXYOhLH3ZdWSWNN7mxwaysLn054SKTupWREA/edit>)
     *   Open/send out Call for Proposals (Nov 2)

  *   Tamara will get evaluation rubric and process to group (by mid-Nov)
