[collaborative-vr] Updates from today's NA Virtual Reference Coordinators Meeting about the NAVR Conference

Good Afternoon,

I just wanted to send a quick note following today’s meeting. I realize that there may be those of you that were interested but unable to make the meeting. To recap, we had some time for updates about what is happening within each person’s position. The remainder of the time was spent discussing the possibility of a NA VR Conference in 2023. We have a good amount of interest but there is always room for additional people that may be interested in the planning and execution of the conference. If you were unable to make the meeting for one reason or another, I recorded that portion of the meeting. Please review it and email the listserv with your interest in participating. We will be having another listserv for the planning committee past this point.   We will be convening again in August to start making progress on the tasks.

We’ll try not to clog up your email with messages about this 😊  But I will give a quick plug that even if you do not want to participate in the planning committee work, we will be looking for presenters and attendees.
