Hi All,

It seems timely to bring this up. I'm wondering if there is any interest from the group to be on the conference planning committee. This conference has been held every other year (2019, 2021, 2023) and planning has typically begun in August. In the past, we have had about 8 members on the planning committee in various roles. I think 6-8 members would be a good sized group to do all the necessary planning.

I see a lot of interest in how AI is and will be shaping online services, especially with chatbots, analytics, and research. This could be a theme to think about.

Please let me know if you're interested in participating in the planning.
