and would like to explore the possibility of starting a statewide service in California. Needless to say, this is a huge undertaking. Each of you have so much to offer someone like PatJohn, with your experience and advice, as he learns about the pros/cons,
how to submit a proposal for state funding/support, etc.<o:p></o:p></p>
