<div dir="ltr">Hi All, <div><br>As mentioned in the meeting this week I created a Google group drive folder. I was going to create a team drive however that is not available when people in the group do not have a google account. But it will allow you to create a regular folder. The difference between team and reg: team allows all members to be managers and manage all info equally. A regular shared group folder is where I am the sole owner of the folder and everyone else has edit/create/delete rights. I find working with groups the team drive is easier to organize. But alas, we should not loose any functionality with a shared group folder. </div><div><br></div><div>I set up the folder with just a limited number of people from this list. If you did not get a google invite from me but would like access to the folder let me know and I will add you. </div><div><br></div><div>Best, </div><div>Carla<br>-- <br><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div><font color="#888888">-- <br>Carla Steinberg Pfahl, Librarian<br>Reference
