<p class="MsoNormal">Folks gave updates – mostly on the topic of how COVID-19 is affecting their areas, libraries, co-ops, etc.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Also if anyone is going through or has recently gone through the QP to Springshare migration I’d love to see your documentation, training materials, etc… anything you’re willing to share – feel free to bombard my inbox at
<a href="mailto:sara.pete@sos.wa.gov">sara.pete@sos.wa.gov</a> – here in Washington we are migrating the co-op at the end of May but folks are slowly starting to use some of the functions of the Springshare software now. This has been accelerated a bit by
the specter of some libraries closing their physical branch (and certainly more to come) and depending more heavily on virtual services.<o:p></o:p></p>
