<p class="MsoNormal">We’ve been thinking about ways we can better support our library patrons throughout the library closures, especially since it’s looking like things won’t be returning to normal at college campuses this fall. One of the suggestions I received
was incorporating video calls over Zoom into our chat service. I know a lot of institutions have implemented this locally for one-on-one research consultations, but I wondered if any of you have explored this option at a collaborative level?

<p class="MsoNormal">To me, the logistics seem quite complicated – balancing privacy, security, and the training that would be needed, and also considering that our volume of traffic means operators often have multiple chats on the go. Before I dig any deeper
into researching this, I’d love to hear if you have any experience with this, or if your service has ever considered it.<o:p></o:p></p>
