2003-2008 and the 2001-2003 pilot project that led to it. Glad to see that collaborative virtual reference continues.<o:p></o:p></p>

I worked in their first project as a grad student but wasn’t in charge of the scrubbing but I’m fairly sure we were given pre-scrubbed transcripts directly from Susan McGlamery’s team at QuestionPoint. I’d recommend reaching out to Dr. Radford. <o:p></o:p></p>
