Anyway, a fellow staff member has asked about libraries using proactive pop-up chat widgets, which appear after a certain amount of time on a site page.</div>

I think NCLive used to do that, but I don't see that happening anymore. Is anyone else doing it? We'd like to just see how a proactive widget appears in a site's design.</div>
