libraries. We do not have a separate mission or vision statement from <a href="https://libraries.delaware.gov/about-libraries/" title="https://libraries.delaware.gov/about-libraries/">
Delaware Division of Libraries</a>, per se, but do have the goal of providing a unique virtual service to all, whether they have a public library card, student card, or no library card. Here is a link to the
