<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">I think a few of your cooperatives are also hosted on Springshare. I’m at a bit of an impasse with them. I ran into an issue last week where I was trying to help a member library locate and download
transcripts for some statistics she is trying to keep. She has a separate LibAnswers system so I can only do so much as I cannot access that system.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">I have repeatedly asked Springshare why I’m not able to view transcripts for all libraries in my cooperative, regardless of separate LibAnswers systems. This is something that has come up multiple
times and I’ve never received a satisfactory answer. This time the party line is to tell me that I would need someone from that institution to create me an login for that institution’s LibAnswers system. Has anyone else experience this issue? How do you get
around it? I just find it a little frustrating because while everything else in LibAnswers is an improvement over QuestionPoint, this specific barrier has been a detriment.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
