This is a great opportunity to connect, converse, share, and feel supported by others who understand the lived experience of being Latinx.

[cid:image021.jpg at 01DA0BE9.826AE520]The Center for the Prevention of Abuse and Neglect is finally launching their PEACE Youth Focus Groups in Lane County and is hosting 11 focus groups for teens - in-person in Oakridge, Junction City, Springfield, Florence, and Cottage Grove, and virtual identity-based focus groups for Indigenous, Black, Latine (in English and Spanish), LGBTQ+, and Asian American/Asian, Pacific Islander, and Native American youth. They especially want to hear from youth who may have experienced more barriers than others, although they will not ask youth to share specifics about their own negative experiences.
