A free program for families with children ages 0-6 with African American/Black heritage, Black Early Learners offers resources and support to help you and your child thrive. Program offers family visits throughout Lane County, development screening for children, 1-1 support with your child’s needs, children's play groups, and more. Part of the Lane African American/Black Student Success Project.

YOUTH 18 – 24: Apply to Connected Lane County’s Manufacturing Technology Excelerator

Registration is now open for our Manufacturing Tech Excelerator through March 1st! 🙌🏿 This is a two-part experience where youth learn the skills needed to build a successful career in the manufacturing industry. The Excelerator includes 100+ hours of workforce readiness training and a 120-hour internship experience with manufacturing technology companies. ⚙⁠

Youth will be paid $17 per hour and must be 18 - 24 years old! No previous manufacturing experience is needed! Connected Lane County will provide lunch during class, transportation assistance, and childcare support! 😊⁠
