Here are some Mental and Physical Health resources from our community that came our way that we are happy to share with you all!

The hike is a go at your own pace, there will be all levels of ability there.  It is recommended that those interested sign up as snacks will be provided.

[cid:image010.jpg at 01DA4253.214834F0]We have some wintery weather on its way and Black Thistle Street Aid created the attached Winter+Tips flyer that has some great survival tips for people who are living outside in the cold.

They also have a pop-up clinic on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at Washington Jefferson Park where they offer non-emergent medical care.
