Office Specialist 2/ Support Staff position - REQ-155913

In this Support Staff position, you will:

  *   Support the Social Service Assistant unit.  Your job may include supporting a wider service delivery area.
  *   Review and coordinate calendars to minimize transportation (by staff) of children in foster care to and from resource homes in order to maximize family time with parents, SSA's, caseworkers and management.
  *   Coordinate various schedules and ensure court ordered visits are prioritized.
  *   Maintain data related to referrals to the family time program via Excel so that analysis of workload can be performed.
  *   Coordinates and schedules work for voluntary drivers within the district, as well as coordination of ongoing family time.


This position will be located in beautiful Springfield, Oregon.
