Rent Well is a tenant education program that provides individuals with the support, knowledge, and expertise they need to become successful renters.

Topics that are covered in the course include:
•          Responsibilities as a tenant
•          Landlord – Tenant Law
•          Fair Housing Law
•          Housing navigation
•          Identifying & overcoming barriers to renting

WHEN: Please note: this course is taught over multiple classes. Graduation requires attendance of all 6 classes.
Tuesday 04.02 and 04.09
Thursday 04.04 and 04.11
Friday 04.05 and 04.12
1:30 – 4pm
WHERE: Homes for Good main office

Upon graduation, students will receive a certificate of completion, and may be eligible for the Landlord Guarantee Fund.

The City of Eugene offers assistance for low-income property owners to correct certain conditions that create an immediate threat to the health and safety of the occupants or could cause rapid deterioration of the structure.

Additionally, by clicking on the bed icons located on the embedded map, site visitors can see information about the shelters including pictures, intake information, what they can expect when accessing and other important details.
