Below you will find Mental and Physical Health resources being offered in and for our local community.

[cid:image004.png at 01DAB118.E089A720]The Public Health Emergency Unwinding is in the final stages of completing redeterminations and some may be needing to explore options beside the Oregon Health Plan.
The Oregon Marketplace (OregonHealthCare.gov) may have options for those who no longer qualify for OHP.

[cid:image005.jpg at 01DAB118.E089A720]The Veterans Yoga Project offers a weekly FREE Yoga Class for Veterans every Sunday, 9:30-10:30am at the Sheldon Community Center.
Family is welcome and all gear is provided. It's a great group of all different eras, bodies, abilities, branches, etc.
