Tuesday Tidbits are short, specific info bites you can use and share to increase collective knowledge of Lane County's wide-ranging community resource landscape.
Below you will find Basic Needs resources being offered in and for our local community.

This BIPOC dinner is open to anyone who identifies as BIPOC and is a way to create opportunities for BIPOC folks to be in community and share joy. Please see the attached flyer for more information.

Bead some valentines earrings!
They will be sharing their very own Intro to Brickstitch Tutorial that is free and open to registrants! This is brought to you by their very own beadwork collective, Lane County Natives Beadwork Group!
Date: 02/04/2025; Time: 6 PM To 8 PM
Location: Many Nations Longhouse @ UO
In this workshop, we want you to successfully walk away with a fully beaded pair of earrings to gift for Valentines Day!
- All supplies provided
- Multiple instructors are available
- Class size is 20 people (to ensure that you have a good learning opportunity)
- Tutorial is open to all community members
- Pizza provided (thank you Homeflight!)
- Cost is free!

Centering Authenticity on February 5th, 5:30-6:30pm.
To celebrate Black history Month, they will be having award-winning columnist and public speaker,
Ayisha Elliott, Anti-Racism Executive Strategist and Advisor, speak on the community connection of Black youth!
They will be having this talk via Zoom in collaboration with Students Against Child Abuse.

Monday 9am-1pm: Food and Supplies
Tuesday 12pm-2pm: Clothing Closet
Wednesday 9am-1pm: Food and Supplies
Thursday 12pm-2: Clothing Closet
Friday 9am-1pm: Food and Supplies
Saturday 9am-1pm: Hot Breakfast, Food and Supplies
Sunday 1pm-5pm: Food and Supplies
They will also be providing phone charging, information and referral, and limited supplies on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
