LCC Career Pathway's (CP) team is seeking a fulltime Bilingual Career Pathways Coach (Spanish Required) with experience and enthusiasm for advocating & supporting immigrants with their academic/career goals. The Bilingual Career Pathways (CP) Coach will recruit adult students and provide academic & supportive case management for participants in various programs, including PASS Lane (vocational integrated education & training program focusing on English learners),  Opening Doors / Abriendo Puertas (Immigrant Workforce Services), Career Pathway Certificates, and other short-term vocational programs. This position is expected to support any CP student but has a primary focus on serving first-generation immigrants.
Anticipated Start Date: Upon Hire
Approximate Salary Range:  $53,815 to $78,921 per academic year
