Our Office of Child Welfare is seeking to fill multiple Social Service Specialist 1 (SSS1) positions in Eugene/Springfield!  In this role, you will work directly with families with whom you will be able to share and celebrate successes.  Come join us in doing this important work! If you're looking to make a difference and this sounds intriguing, an SSS1 position may be for you! An SSS1 performs the work of either a Child Protective Services (CPS) Worker, or a Permanency Worker.

These full-time positions will be located in beautiful Eugene/Springfield, Oregon.

In this training we will be looking at the definition of mutuality in peer work. We will be looking at competencies that support mutuality building, and identifying how active listening, perspective-taking skills, and setting aside our own bias fortify the mutuality relationship.
