[Charlie Health Announces New Senior Leadership Hires]Charlie Health Wraparound Care Services
At Charlie Health, we’re committed to providing behavioral healthcare that goes beyond our evidence-based intensive treatment programs. In addition to our curated peer groups, specialized individual therapy, and family therapy, we offer a suite of free resources to support long-term healing.
Our 360º care ecosystem includes:
•     A dedicated 24/7 Crisis Line
•     Care Coaches, who provide resources, encouragement, and mentorship to clients throughout their time in treatment
•     20+ free virtual Family Support Groups
•     Free Alumni Groups and events post-discharge
These wraparound care services provide full support for clients leaving hospitals, inpatient, or residential settings, or for those needing more support than outpatient services provide.

The Springfield Wellness Center is a partnership between the City of Springfield, Springfield School District and Cascade Health, a local nonprofit health care organization.
The Springfield Wellness Center offers services including:
• Preventive care.
• Complete physical exams.
• Muscle strains/sprains.
• Review family health history.
• Health coaching.
• Vaccinations.
• Acute illness care – sore throats, colds, influenzas, rash, ear infections.
• Referrals to specialists.

How a Dragonfly Can Assist?

  *   Support at court hearings and meetings
  *   Support setting up services and getting to appointments
  *   Emotional support through one of the most difficult times in your life from someone who really knows how it feels
  *   Empowerment to take charge of your life, your case, and reunify your family with wholeness.
Services are available as needed.  Dragonflies are available for phone calls, one-on-one meet ups, and attendance at appointments.  There are no requirements for how often you have to be in contact with your Dragonfly.  This is meant to be helpful, not another requirement for you to fulfill.  Your Dragonfly is available to you for the life of your case, so long as it is filling a need.

Men's Communal Healing group
A safe space for men to explore self-awareness, practice non-violent communication, and build community.
This group meets every Monday from 4:00-5:30pm in the Yurt.
